We ship across India from our facility in New Delhi. International shipping is currently available on request only. This policy explains how shipping works, what it costs, how long it takes and what to do if something goes wrong on the way.
Where we ship
We deliver to every serviceable pin code in India. The vast majority of pin codes are serviced by at least one of our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable for the carrier we have selected, the storefront will tell you at checkout and offer an alternative carrier where possible.
For international orders, please email support@nidravan.com with your full address and the items you want; we will quote shipping and any applicable duties.
Shipping fees
- Standard shipping is free on every prepaid order above ₹2,800. Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is added at checkout.
- Express shipping (1–2 working days for metro pin codes) is available on select pin codes for an additional ₹199.
- Cash on Delivery orders carry a handling fee of ₹49 regardless of order value.
- Sale and clearance items follow the same shipping rules unless explicitly stated on the campaign page.
Dispatch time
Most orders are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 24 working hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday move to the queue on the next working day. During new-batch launches and festival sales the dispatch window may extend to 48–72 hours; we will flag this on the storefront and in your order confirmation.
Delivery time
Once your order is on the way, transit times depend on your destination:
- Metro pin codes (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) — 2 to 4 working days for standard, 1 to 2 for express.
- Tier-2 cities and large towns — 3 to 6 working days.
- Remote and rural pin codes — 5 to 9 working days.
- North-east, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep — 7 to 12 working days, depending on the carrier.
The estimate shown at checkout is the carrier's best guess. Weather, regional bandhs, public holidays and delivery exceptions can affect actual transit time.
Tracking
The moment your order ships, we send an email and an SMS with the carrier name, the tracking number (AWB) and a link to the live tracking page. You can also track your order any time at /track using your order number and the email or mobile registered on the order.
Delivery attempts and address changes
Carriers attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available to receive the order, the carrier holds it at the local hub for up to 5 days before initiating a return-to-origin. If we receive a return-to-origin we will reach out to confirm whether you would like a fresh dispatch (shipping is chargeable) or a refund.
To change a delivery address after dispatch, write to support@nidravan.com within 12 hours of receiving the dispatch SMS. Carriers can sometimes accommodate a same-pin-code address change; cross-pin-code changes will trigger a return-to-origin and a fresh dispatch.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes for orders up to ₹15,000. A handling fee of ₹49 is added to every COD order. The carrier may call to confirm the order before dispatch; please respond promptly to avoid cancellation. Repeated COD refusals on a single account may lead to that account losing access to COD as a payment mode.
Lost, damaged or tampered shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, tampered with, or with items missing, please raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery. The fastest route is to write to support@nidravan.com with your order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, the inner packaging and the items as received. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement, return or refund as appropriate.
Shipments that are marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received should be reported within 48 hours. We work with the carrier to retrieve proof-of-delivery and resolve the dispute as quickly as possible.
Taxes and duties
Domestic prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes and clearance fees levied by the destination country.
